Part 1 includes coaching of the 'hingeing swing' and the Kettlebell Clean as well as techniques to improve overhead pressing and shoulder stability!

Part 2 focuses on refining the swing and the clean as well as the proper application and performance of the Kettlebell jerk, snatch and windmill AND additional information on methods of kettlebell training.

Refunds will only be issued for cancelled courses and/or events offered by Human Motion directly. Fees are also subject to change without notice. In the event of an extraordinary and tragic circumstance, refunds and transfers will be pro‑rated from the date of application and are subject to a $25 administration fee paid by valid credit card only. This refund must also be issued 14 days before the date of the workshop or event.
